My Journey into Pranic Healing
I didn't begin this journey as a healer. I began as someone searching. Like many, I had moments where life felt overwhelming—where emotions stayed longer than they should, where stress quietly built up, and where I kept wondering… there has to be more to feeling truly okay. I explored, questioned, observed. Not just the world around me—but myself. Why do some wounds stay even when everything looks fine on the outside? Why does the body hold onto things the mind tries to forget? That curiosity slowly led me to energy. At first, I was skeptical. Pranic Healing wasn't something I grew up believing in. But when I experienced it for myself—not as an idea, but as a shift I could actually feel—something changed. It wasn't dramatic or instant. It was subtle, calming, and deeply real. I started learning, practicing, and most importantly—observing. The more I worked with energy, the more I understood how deeply connected our emotional, mental, and physical states truly are. Healing, I realized, isn't about fixing something that's broken. It's about clearing what no longer belongs to you. There were moments of doubt, moments of learning, and moments where I had to heal parts of myself before I could hold space for others. This journey shaped me—not just as a practitioner, but as a person. Today, I don't see this work as a service. I see it as a space. A space where you don't have to pretend you're okay. A space where your energy is understood, not judged. A space where healing is gentle, yet powerful. Because I've been on the other side—searching, questioning, hoping. And if you're here right now, maybe a part of you is too.
